pyratemusic Presents: Dee MondDee Mond's music is a culmination of many years producing and performing music in countless studios and venues.. From playing guitar and keyboards to producing records for mixing and scratching performances... Using his vast knowledge of musical theory and electronic hardware to create music that has instant appeal but that also has enough depth to retain lasting satisfaction.
Currently he is working in the Edinburgh scene, by using timecoded records and the understanding of the fundamentals of music he is able to turn the level of mixing up a notch, blending mixing with digital signal processing. ... standing out with his own personal style and technique..
His versatility ranges from turning the house upside down playing a selection of his own elektrotech tracks - mixing them up in a way that only someone who produced it himself could - to blending 45"s from the 60's/70's to scratching and beat juggling the latest releases.Dee Mond also plays Live using two computers, Two Midi Controllers and a two bank sampler creating an ambitious and exciting show that has no rivals.
